It’s easy to get worried, but before you throw in the towel, consider these tips for optimizing your virtual assistant’s performance.
First, take some time to identify the problem. Is your virtual assistant consistently missing deadlines or producing subpar work? Or, are they struggling to keep up with your workload? Perhaps communication is lacking or there’s a mismatch in expectations.
