3 Ways to Maximize the Hours in Your Day

Hey. You. Busy entrepreneur. Yeah, I’m talking to you. I know you only have 5 minutes, so I promise this will be short, sweet and to the point. I know we all wish we had more hours in the day at least once or twice a week so I wanted to share 3 ways to maximize the hours in your day.

Start Here

By simply prioritizing your tasks from ‘urgent’ to ‘when I have spare time’ you will be able to better time chunk your day and feel more accomplished after a block of solid kick butt work.  Make a list of the most important tasks and focus on completing them first, one task at a time. This will help you avoid getting bogged down by less important tasks.

Put Your Phone Away

Okay- I mean it. Put your phone in the other room, set it to DND and Eliminate distractions. Look, I get it. We are online entrepreneurs, we have at least 7 communication platforms open right now. Slack, 3 email accounts, Instagram, Voxer. The list goes on. But if you are honest with yourself in identifying the things that distract you the most you’ll be able to find ways to avoid them and maximize the hours in your day.

My Personal Fav

Delegate tasks. Let go of what you can. Focus on the parts of your business that are in your zone of genius. Hear me out. If tech is NOT your thing, it will take you 3x faster than it would take a Tech VA to complete the same routine task. Does content creation and marketing confuse the daylights out of you? Delegate it to a Social Media Manager or a Marketing VA. The list honestly could go on and on. One of the best things I’ve ever done for my business is to delegate tasks to a Virtual Assistant AND an Online Business manager. It will maximize the hours in your day in ways you didn’t even know were possible.

Are you intrigued? YAY! My job here is done… kidding. If you want to know what support could look like for your business? I would love to chat. I’m completely obsessed with what I do and I can’t wait to channel that obsession into helping you move your business forward.

Why Growth Exposes What’s Broken Growth has a way of telling the truth. At the beginning of a business, things can feel scrappy but manageable. You’re close to every detail, decisions are quick, and even inefficient processes can slide by unnoticed. But as revenue increases and complexity builds, the cracks don’t just stay cracks… they […]

When “Hands-On” Stops Being Helpful In the early stages of building a business, proximity is power. You know every client. You oversee every detail. You make decisions quickly because you’re close to the work. That level of involvement is often what creates early momentum. It allows you to shape culture, maintain quality, and build trust. For a […]

Why Time Scarcity Persists — Even After You “Make It” Many founders assume time scarcity is a phase. Something that resolves itself once revenue stabilizes or the team grows. But for many 6–7 figure CEOs, time feels more constrained than ever. Not because they’re failing, but because success introduces: The issue is not effort. It’s lack of rhythm. […]
