Hi, I’m Lyndsay! While my roots are in Iowa, I’m now located in the St. Louis area with my husband , 2 girls, and a giant golden retriever. I love all things health and wellness, but that doesn’t put a stop to my Chick-Fil-A obsession. As a former social worker, I believe that human connection is so vital. I became a virtual assistant to help business owners truly connect with their clients and audience - not just to make another sale, but to really build relationships with the people they’re serving. I’m passionate about helping entrepreneurs make these connections through creating intentional social media content, blog writing, and website copy, along with all things engagement and design.
